With 35 years of experience in tertiary and K-12 education, Dr Jeffery Louis is experienced in both corporate and international educational leadership. His priority is his students' happiness and joy in learning, which comes along with a quality academic team enhanced with the best in teaching and learning resources, where they contribute to ensure the overall happiness. He was the REAL Schools Shah Alam Campus Principal for the past 5 years, supervising both National Schools, and was the Principal of the International School (IGCSE) on the same campus. He was additionally instrumental in turning around academic excellence at the campus via his many academic and sports initiatives. He has spent a significant amount of time innovating and transforming academic excellence through 21st century learning, including English as a first language, intervention and bridging programmes, intensive English language skills workshops, STEAM projects, special UEC level Mandarin programmes, sports excellence, and most importantly, implementing the ten real-world skills that add value to each child at camp. His experience is complemented by his many years of tertiary education experience; where he has worn many hats as a lecturer, trainer, dean of schools, and head of college. He has taught and supervised many MBA students in entrepreneurship projects, start-up models, and strategic change. Dr Jeffery is a very passionate leader, embracing technology in education, project-based learning, and entrepreneurship.

He has also held corporate leadership positions with Proton Holdings Berhad as Head of Training and Development and with the Allson Hospitality Group as Director of Marketing and Group Leader for Learning and Development (Team Building Programmes). Currently he is the Hon. Deputy Treasurer of NAPEI (National Association of Private Education Institutions) and additionally holds key positions in sports associations and national sports bodies where he represents the National Sports Council and Olympic Council of Malaysia. He is also the Secretary General II for the National Judo Association and Chairman for Judo Development Malaysia, 5th Dan Instructor and Committee member of the Malaysian Shorin Ryu-Seibukan Karate-Do, and Deputy President of the Negeri Sembilan Judo Association. I was formerly a committee member of the Negeri Sembilan Squash Association. Dr Jeffery is very passionate about sports excellence and development. He co-founded a sports academy for martial arts development for the state of Negeri Sembilan. Beginning his career at UCSI Bandar Springhill, he is focused on making the campus a sports centre and academic excellence with the highest level of joy-filled learning journey.

Dr Jeffery has academic qualifications and professional certifications that provides added value when it comes to ensuring the best in teaching and learning is delivered on campus. He completed his early teaching certification course at the Raja Melewar Teacher Training College with distinction; a Diploma in Physical Education from UPM with distinction; a Certificate in Training Management from JT Frank Management and Associates; a Certificate in Quality Management Techniques from UTM; an Apple Distinguished Educator; a Master Degree in Business Administration (International Business) from Southern Cross University, Australia; and an Hon. Doctorate from UOJ and WAC Universities in Education/Teaching/Training and Humanities. He additionally holds many other certifications and awards in education leadership and sports excellence that add value to his overall contribution in the world of education, both locally and internationally.

With his 35 years as an academic and corporate leader, he is driven to bring dynamic changes at UCSI Springhill Campus. He is focused on making the campus a student-centred learning environment. He has a vision to set the highest standards among the teachers while providing each one of them with professional development and enhanced skills to continue providing the highest level of quality teaching and learning. Students will be taught and prepared with real-world skills that will assist them in growing. The emphasis on the use of technology in learning and project-based learning will be a key focus. Students will be taught to become entrepreneurs, where each one of them will be developed with a mindset that focuses upon becoming an employer rather than having an employee mindset. Dr Jeffery is driven by a passion to innovate and create changes where necessary to ensure that education brings a change to lives based on the ever-changing world that we live in. Jia Yun graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sunway University. She is currently persuading Master in Education Psychology in University of Malaya and have approximately 6 years of teaching experience in teaching children with special needs.

Jia Yun has been dealing with children with special needs such as Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties ages from 3 to 14 years old. She has attended several trainings on Behavioural Modification which introduced her to children development and various approach to handle different conditions of children.

Jia Yun is deeply passionate about teaching Mandarin and keen to share the beauty of language to all students. As Mandarin has become more in demand in the near future, she hopes that every child will be able to speak Mandarin in order to increase their self-value.

Jia Yun believes that every child has their unique way in learning, and they have full potential in success in academic or activities outside of the classroom.

Alia holds a bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honours from Universiti Putra Malaysia. During her degree, she works on her final year project to find the prevalence of protozoa and helminth intestinal parasites in captive and free-roaming domesticated cattle. She was chosen to fulfill her internship requirements as a research assistant at Jeonbuk National University in South Korea after presenting her results with success. During her working time as a research assistant, she works on a project involving gene cloning, the making of transgenic plants, DNA-genotyping, and Western blotting of protein samples.

Alia has assisted students in the previous several years in comprehending science and maths topics better. She can comprehend that every student has unique skills and will require various teaching approaches. This makes it easier for Alia to be ready and give every student their best. She has been serving as a physics, chemistry, mathematics, and science teacher at Sekolah Sri UCSI, Springhill, for the last several months. Using classroom-based activities, she can foster students’ creativity and confidence throughout the lessons.

Additionally, she recently accepted the position as the coordinator of Curricular activities (CCA), which will assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing CCA events for the duration of the academic year. She thinks that teachers as well as students will be able to get the most out of CCA with the right arrangements and planning. In addition to being a fun school activity, she believes that CCA is crucial for developing students’ soft skills, including leadership and communication. This demonstrates that an educator’s duties extend beyond the confines of the classroom. This proves that this school is also able to train kids to compete for the best in their future by preparing them both in and out of the classroom.

Gayathiri is an enthusiastic and dedicated educator with 2 years of teaching experience in IGCSE & National syllabus for primary and secondary levels. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from University Malaysia Sabah. She believes in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and motivated to explore their potential.

Her teaching approach integrates hands-on, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, aiming to engage students actively in the learning process and encourage critical thinking. She cultivates curiosity and exploration by posing questions and guiding students to seek answers through research and investigation. Additionally, she fosters teamwork and social skills by organizing students into small groups to work together on tasks and projects. Her goal is to create dynamic lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring each student can thrive and succeed.

At Sri UCSI, it has been a great pleasure for her to teach English, Science and Mathematics. Despite her background in Sciences, she passionately explores with her students to embrace these subjects diversely in a more creative and critical concept aided with the usage of interactive technology. It is an added bonus to teach English because her students will be taught from Primary level itself to read, speak and write across the curriculum by the time they reach Secondary. Therefore, she always encourages her students to think out of the box and relate all they have learnt to innovate differential in their minds for their future endeavors.

Her career as a teacher at Sri UCSI is thriving due to diligent students who embrace challenges. Their high academic standards, set by supportive parents, reflect the classroom environment she fosters. All these criterions, she strongly believes originates in the classroom. Her success lies in effectively teaching students to value constructive feedback.

Helina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Science from the University of Science Malaysia and a Master's Degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Malaya. She has four years of teaching experience in IGCSE Chemistry and a Key Stage 3 Science in one of the international schools in Setia Alam, Selangor. Throughout her teaching career, Helina learnt how to manage the student's behaviour in the classroom. This is very important to promote a positive learning environment. One of her key tactics is by setting expectations on behaviour standards and ground rules for the classroom.

Helina's effort in arranging extra coaching classes after regular school hours has led her to produce a 100% passing rate for Chemistry IGCSE in her previous school. She has also experience in being a Teacher Advisor for the Prefectorial Board and Disciplinary Teacher. During this period, she provided her students with the opportunities to gain their leadership skills in organising school events such as parent-teacher meetings, open days, orientations, etc.

Helina loves to make learning fun by encouraging the students to actively participate in the classroom discussion, which leads the students to engage and remember information better. She also incorporates the real-life situation into her lesson plan to increase her student retention, motivation and interest in subject matters while maximising learning experiences. Apart from that, she always motivates and encourages her students to be confident in themselves and reach their potential. She sets high expectations for all students as she believed it would affect their achievement.

As young learners have so many questions about the world and how it works, Maths and Science education provides a framework to find an answer. Helina's roles as a Primary Mathematics and Science teacher is to teach students with fundamental skills and develop their critical thinking and problem-solving. Her approach to inspiring students is through project-based learning that allows students to solve problems, experiment and explore.

Helina's responsibility as a teacher is not only to impart knowledge in the classroom, but also to educate the students on moral values which is malleable in a student's life. She also believes in the need for moral values should arise in the early stage of the student's lives to prepare them for their future roles in society.

Dharnishaa graduated with Bachelor of Software Engineering (Educational) from Educational University of Sultan Idris (UPSI), Malaysia. Dharnishaa has experience handling the Software and Technology nearly for more than 4 years. Dharnishaa have experience teaching coding personally for international student from 4 difference countries. She received Innovation Silver Award for her IOT project. Mainly skilled in programming and involvement in ICT fundamentals. Currently, she is undertaking Microsoft Innovative Educator Programs in Sekolah Sri UCSI. Upon joining Sekolah Sri UCSI, she is looking forward to perform prior coding skills through the students lesson.

Gowri is a professional English Language teacher with a passion and five years of experience in various educational environments. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in the English Language from UNITAR International University. Gowri has created and taught relevant English lessons focusing on building fluency. She possesses a strong track record in improving test scores, effective teaching, a team player, as well as someone who can resolve problems and conflicts professionally.

She has developed reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills for students aged 7 to 13 years old. As an English teacher, Gowri mastered in organising coursework and learning materials. Gowri has social interests like work activities that assist others and promote learning and personal development. She likes to communicate with others: to teach, help and coach in children education.

Additionally, she also shows interest in sports by playing badminton and has participated in a badminton tournament in the year 2017. Currently, Gowri is pursuing a Master in Education in Leadership Management from UNITAR International University.

Nadiah is a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a solid academic background and extensive professional experience in the field of accounting. Armed with a Diploma and Bachelor of Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), both earned with distinction, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the classroom.

With a passion for sharing her expertise, Ms. Nadiah has seamlessly transitioned from a successful career in the accounting industry to a dynamic role in education. Her practical experience as a Tax Assistant and Audit Executive has equipped him with real-world insights that she seamlessly integrates into her teaching of accounting, economics, business, and geography.

In the classroom, Ms. Nadiah employs a hands-on and interactive approach, utilizing case studies and practical examples to bridge the gap between theory and application. Her commitment to cultivating critical thinking skills is evident in her teaching methods, as she encourages students to analyze financial data, comprehend economic principles, and understand the interconnectedness of business and geography.

Having worked in various roles within the accounting profession, Ms. Nadiah brings a unique perspective to her students. Her experiences in Tax Assistance and Audit Execution not only enhance her ability to teach technical concepts but also provide students with a glimpse into the practical challenges and ethical considerations within the accounting field.

Beyond the confines of traditional teaching, Ms. Nadiah actively engages with extracurricular activities related to her subjects. She organizes business simulation games, accounting competitions, and geography explorace to enrich students’ learning experiences. Her dedication to fostering a holistic understanding of the subjects extends to her involvement in mentoring students who express interest in pursuing careers in accounting or related fields coupled with her commitment to student engagement and success.

Teacher Shamala teaches students for years 3, 4, 5, and 6 (preschool) and Shamala finds a lot of interesting moments while teaching the kids. Being a preschool teacher makes it so the teacher is also a guide to the children they are teaching and is also able to teach the children new things and keep them safe from any harm that could come their way. Shamala finds some new experiences for the children so they can have fun learning new things and also learn quickly.

Shamala mainly teaches Mathematics to preschool students and when she feels that a student is struggling, she will go back to "the basics" and build them from there. As a mathematics kindergarten teacher, she feels counting is the most important knowledge because teaching students to count involves more than helping them learn the numbers one to ten and helping the students understand the meaning of numbers. Shamala always emphasizes to the students to recognize the numbers not only in digital form and also in word form after they can do the counting.

As a preschool teacher some things Shamala takes for granted in a classroom such as lining up, going to the toilet, sitting down, and putting things away. Shamala is a good preschool teacher as she has always been patient when handling the students and the parents, organized well, and creative. She has a problem–solving skills and communication skills to stick to daily routines and design fun activities for the students. Having patience, stamina and a personality to work in a room full of energetic children every day is also a great quality for teacher Shamala. Shamala feels the best way to become an effective preschool teacher "have a sound knowledge of subject matter, take a personal interest in each student, and show enthusiasm with students". Shamala believes these are skills that can be used to help children develop key skills in preschool.

Santhini is a passionate and dedicated preschool teacher with 6 years of experience in creating engaging and age-appropriate educational environments. She holds a Diploma in Accountancy and is a Dean Award Student with a 3.92 CGPA from Binary University. She also has a Certificate in Pre & Primary Teacher Training from the Asian College of Teachers. She is also a student who currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education at Unitar International University, Petaling Jaya. She is talented in developing and implementing engaging curriculums that improve children’s academic performance, and classroom and student engagement.

She is proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Tamil. Santhini is a multi-talented educator with a zest for creative work. In her free time, she enjoys reading and working on new things. The Accounting graduate also loves making her own teaching materials for the children in her class. She is skilled in collaborating with colleagues and parents to create an inclusive classroom environment, creating an age-appropriate lesson plan for children, developing a curriculum that incorporates hands-on learning activities, and creating a positive classroom environment by implementing effective classroom behaviour strategies.

Santhini attends many short courses related to early childhood education and has expertise in teaching language subjects to preschool children. She can maintain a safe, interactive and fun classroom environment for children and has experience in conducting many events for preschoolers. Santhini loves to share ideas to improve the preschool curriculum and teaching methods. She knows how to handle children according to their needs and is ambitious to achieve in her field.

Aqil brings an extensive background in sports education and coaching, shaping young minds and bodies through a holistic approach to physical education. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science and Recreation from UITM Negeri Sembilan campus Seremban, Aqil is passionate about fostering a love for sports and fitness among students.

Currently dedicated to teaching the Physical Education program, Aqil views education as more than classroom learning—it’s about instilling values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance through sports. With a keen focus on student development, Aqil believes in creating an environment where students not only excel in sports but also grow as disciplined individuals.

Aqil’s expertise extends beyond the classroom as a seasoned swimming coach. Holding a Bronze Medallion Certificate, Aqil imparts swimming skills and confidence to students, ensuring their safety and proficiency in the water. Aqil’s coaching experience isn’t confined to the academic setting alone. Being a part of the UCSI Swimming Academy at UCSI Springhill Port Dickson and coaching for Falcon United Academy at USIM Nilai Negeri Sembilan has enriched Aqil’s teaching methodology with diverse perspectives and techniques.

Fatmawati holds a Master of Hotel Management in Food Service Management and a Bachelor in Food Service Management from UiTM Shah Alam, Selangor. Fatmawati gained eight years of experience working in the Student Enrolment Centre (SEC) department at UCSI University as the Head of Marketing.

With her experience, Fatmawati was offered to handle the administration, registrar and finance department for Sekolah Sri UCSI, Springhill after working for almost three years as a Manager in the Marketing department.

Fatmawati possesses a genuine enthusiasm and a self-taught passion to complete her work independently, and enjoy acquiring new skills.

Sarah Anne Jayarajan, a distinguished graduate with First Class honors in Bachelor of English for Global Communication from the University of Malaysia Sarawak, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the dynamic realm of business. With nearly four years immersed in the business sector, particularly excelling in social media marketing and Meta (formerly Facebook) ads. Sarah is currently making significant contributions as a Marketing and Communications Excecutive at UCSI International School Springhill.

In the fast-paced world of digital marketing, Sarah stands out not only for her proficiency but also for her unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines. Recognized for her precision and timeliness, Sarah ensures that tasks are executed promptly once instructions are given, underscoring her understanding of the critical importance of time in the business landscape.

In addition to coaching, Diyana has earned recognition as a Certified Artistic Swimming Judge under FINA (Fédération Internationale de Natation). And Diyana also used to be in the military reserve force of the Malaysian Army for a few years.

Mayure Muniandy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in (TESL) Teaching English as Second Language from UNISEL. She has ten years of teaching experience in Living Skill, Moral Education and History in a Private School. Throughout her teaching career, Mayure learn how to handle the student’s in the classroom ,which very important in creating a positive learning environment.

Mayure also experience as a Teacher Advisor for the St.John Ambulance and also she has attended the first aid training . She have been preparing the students to get St.John Ambulance member card with a proper training and exam.

Mayure conduct her classes with quizzes and games to make students remember the fact of history. She also get the students to do more hand on works and create new things in her living skill class.she also prepare her students to face the real world that waiting for them outside of the school gate with good values.

Farah is a candidate who holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Education (Honors) at Universiti Putra Malaysia. She is young and very passionate about her career growth especially in education, a vibrant and highly motivated person who excels in high pressure environments, tight deadlines as well as multicultural environments. She is a highly detail-oriented person who can work under minimum supervision, a great team player and natural leader. Creative and Analytical in her thought process and always eager to learn and improve.

She has experience in teaching mathematics and Physics from a government school. She knows how to plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning. She has experience in conducting Physics experiments according to SPM syllabus. Throughout her studied, she developed a strong foundation in mathematical concepts, such as calculus, statistics, algebra and geometry. She is very passionate in teaching and learning as her academic background is in education.

Farah likes using technology to create fun lessons, games for the classroom, and interactive learning experiences. She likes to encourage students to participate in classroom discussion. As 21 st education century is about giving students the skills they need to succeed in this new world, and helping them grow the confidence to practice those skills, Farah likes to include higher order thinking skills question in her lessons to make students think out of the box.

Tan Wen Yi, also known as Eunice, is a seasoned educator with a diverse teaching portfolio encompassing Early Years, Art, Mandarin, and an additional role as the Student Council Teacher. Eunice holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Care from SEGi College, Kota Damansara and Education and Bachelor’s in Education from SEGi University, Kota Damansara. She has six years of teaching experience in the early years field. She has a strong knowledge and a strong understanding of her diverse teaching responsibilities.

Eunice’s teaching philosophy is emphasized by a positive attitude, strategic thinking, and an unwavering enthusiasm and commitment to her profession. With almost 10 years of experience in tertiary education, Siti Zunur is an accommodating and versatile individual with the talent to develop inspiring hands-on lessons, particularly the 21st century learning that will capture a learner’s imagination and breed success.

Her alma maters were USM and UiTM, which she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English for Professionals and a master’s degree in TESL.

She strives for continuous development of all learners to be efficacious and endeavours to create a learning environment atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, and adaptive to the varied needs of students.

Azlin holds a degree in Science Mathematics with Education (Honours) from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Her deep understanding of the language allows her to effectively impart knowledge and guide students towards proficiency.
